We are certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001, which attests to the effectiveness of our Quality Management System. Each tube is manufactured to rigorous standards and subjected to painstaking inspections and testing, to offer our customers maximum safety, traceability and high performance, in line with the most demanding regulations.
Reliability guaranteed, tested at every stage
At Acciaitubi, quality is not just a goal, but a daily commitment that results in constant and thorough monitoring of every production stage.
Our system includes an extensive series of checks and tests, both destructive and non-destructive, to ensure the maximum integrity and compliance of every tube produced.
The tests include:
Compression and expansion tests
for mechanical strength
Tensile tests (yield, fracture, elongation)
to determine the material’s elastic and plastic properties
Chemical analysis of raw material and finished product
to ensure that the composition complies with Regulatory specifications.
Visual and dimensional line checks
that ensure the high quality of every product batch
Each manufactured piece undergoes 100% non-destructive testing using eddy current inspection, a technology that enables the real-time detection of discontinuities and defects along the weld seam.
Our in-house laboratory performs inspections on all incoming materials and finished products, ensuring full traceability and complete compliance with international standards.
