Our commitment to the environment and people
Attention to the environment is one of Acciaitubi’s strengths. Acciaitubi complies with the certification of the Environmental Management System UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, demonstrating its commitment to the control of the environmental impacts of its activities in terms of sustainability and continuous improvement.
Environmental sustainability is combined with social sustainability, backed by a concrete commitment to occupational safety (UNI EN ISO 45001:2018), as well as the enhancement and growth of its employees and contractors.
With an overall view of Corporate Social Responsibility, Acciaitubi contributes to the growth of the territory through supporting organisations and associations operating in the cultural, sporting and social spheres.

Towards cleaner and more responsible production
Renewable energy
Acciaitubi’s commitment to sustainability is translated into concrete actions: 4,500 m² of photovoltaic panels on the plant provide 1 MW of power from renewable sources, reducing CO₂ emissions and environmental impact.
In parallel, the company invests in high-efficiency technologies and constant consumption-monitoring to optimise production processes and limit waste.
Logistics likewise follows the same direction, with low-emission intermodal solutions that render the entire supply chain sustainable.
EPD certification
Reduced-emissions steel for a more sustainable industry
Acciaitubi chooses raw materials with low environmental impact, aiming to reduce emissions along the entire supply chain and favour a sustainable industrial transition.
Thanks to the use of low-carbon steels, our range of dedicated tubes was developed, certified by Bureau Veritas with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), attesting to the traceability and transparency of CO₂ emissions throughout the entire production cycle.
Our steel tube with reduced environmental impact generates only 1.150 kg of CO₂ per tonne produced, with a reduction of more than 30% of emissions compared to a tube made from traditional raw material, offering customers a concrete and certified choice towards sustainability.

EPD certifications
Acciaitubi has obtained EPD (Environmental Product Declaration)certification for its entire range of black, galvanised and painted tubes.
Based on a comprehensive Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), EPDs assess the environmental impact of the product from raw material to end-of-life.
Verified by Bureau Veritas, they guarantee data transparency, reliability and traceability, offering customers clear and comparable environmental information and confirming Acciaitubi’s commitment to responsible and sustainable production processes.
