Acciaitubi has a fully-automated hot dip galvanising plant, conforming to UNI EN 10240 standards, allowing us to complete our production range by offering galvanised tubes and pipes for gas, water, boilers, carpentry and scaffolding.

Hot-dip galvanising provides effective and long-lasting protection against corrosion, making the tubes and pipes ideal for use in outdoor environments and harsh conditions.

Galvanising all diameters up to 114.3 mm is carried out in-house at the Acciaitubi factory, while for larger diameters and lengths, we collaborate with specialised partners, selected to guarantee high-quality standards and production continuity.

Hot-dip galvanising protects the steel from corrosion by forming an iron-zinc alloy that is resistant even in the event of scratches. Among the main advantages:
