Acciaitubi presents its second Sustainability Report

Prepared on a voluntary basis with reference to the GRI Standards, the document provides a structured overview of the company’s environmental and social performance and links its industrial choices to the needs of customers, employees, suppliers and the local community.

The 2025 Sustainability Report captures the progress made while also highlighting the areas where further action is needed.

Energy and production efficiency

During 2025, Acciaitubi continued its energy transition journey, investing in the production and use of energy from renewable sources and in improving plant efficiency.

The measures implemented included upgrading production lines, optimising consumption and introducing systems to monitor resources and manage them more efficiently. In this way, the company aims to progressively reduce its environmental impact and make its production processes increasingly efficient and responsible.

Lower-impact products

Acciaitubi remains committed to reducing the environmental impact of its products through the responsible selection of raw materials and an increasing focus on sustainability throughout the supply chain.

This approach also includes applying circular economy principles, recovering materials and managing waste carefully and transparently, with the aim of making the production model progressively more efficient and responsible.

People, training and safety

People are central to Acciaitubi’s growth. The company promotes an inclusive working environment that prioritises well-being, investing in continuous training and the development of technical, managerial and interpersonal skills.

Particular attention is paid to occupational health and safety through preventive measures, updated procedures, specific training and the direct involvement of employees.

This commitment is supported by a management system certified to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards and audited annually by an independent third party.

A tangible connection with the local community

In 2025, Acciaitubi continued to support social, cultural, sporting, educational and scientific projects.

The initiatives involved associations and local authorities, sports and cultural organisations, Third Sector organisations, and institutions engaged in research and education. This commitment reflects the company’s determination to actively contribute to the development of the communities in which it operates.
